Chapter 1 of the EU AI Act comes into effect in February 2025.Although it doesn't provide a definition, it requires that all personnel have a "sufficient level of AI literacy" based on their organization's use of AI and their role within it.
Our Courses
Our standard courses involve around 3 hours of core content plus an hour of Q&A, delivered by group video meeting, and are customised to maximise their relevance to your industry. They can be delivered in a single half-day session, or broken over multiple sessions.
Participants receive a personalised report summarizing the key learning points and confirming their participation, plus two weeks of one-to-one email support from the mentor for those who want to cement their learning with follow-up questions or dig a little deeper.
All courses cost £1250/€1490 per group, with a £195/€235 surcharge per learner, fully inclusive.

Justin Washtell-Blaise has 12 years of experience leading Artificial Intelligence and Data Science R&D initiatives within diverse regulated industry sectors, including finance, healthcare, and the environment.Justin holds a PhD in Statistical Natural Language Processing, a branch of AI which along with "Deep Learning" has culminated in the development of Large Language Models such as ChatGPT. He also holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and a Masters in Multidisciplinary Informatics.
